Cut a 68x68mm opening on the panel where the controller will be installed.
Insert the controller through the panel opening and secure it with the mounting bracket.
Connect the temperature sensor (K type or PT100 optional) to the input terminal.
Connect the load (heater, cooling device, etc.) to the relay or SSR output terminal according to your control mode.
Connect the operating power supply (100–240VAC) to the designated terminals, ensuring correct wiring.
Power on the device; the LED display will show real-time PV (process value) and SV (set value). Adjust the temperature setpoint as needed.
Ensure power is disconnected before installation or wiring to prevent electric shock. Do not exceed the rated frequency of 1500VAC/1min. Keep the ambient temperature between 0°C and 50°C for proper operation. Hand-measured installation dimensions may have slight errors; refer to the 72x72mm overall dimensions and 68x68mm panel cutout. Regularly check the sensor connection to avoid poor contact or damage. Do not disassemble or modify the unit, as this may affect performance and void the warranty.
