Industrial gas heater

A gas heater is a heating device that uses natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc. as fuel. It generates heat through combustion, and then the fan blows out the heat to achieve heating.

Structure andWorking Principle:It mainly consistsof a combustion chamber,burner,induction systemignition system,motor,controlsystem, safetyvalve assemblyetc. Duringoperation,the fanstarts first toexhaust residual gases from thefurnace,then the combustion valvegroup opens,andgas and air aremixed in
proportion. At theburner outlet,itis ignited by theignition device.The flame heatsthe heat exchangerand the fandrives air throughthe heat exchanger to beheated and blownout,thus achieving heating

 

Precautions/Precautionary Measures:The specified gas type must be used. Large natural gas industrial heaters must be equipped with gas filters and cleaned regularly. No one should stand within 2 meters of the air outlet of the equipment, and flammable items should not be stored within 10 meters. The rear of the equipment must keep a minimum distance of at least 50 meters from the object. Direct combustion equipment needs regular ventilation, and indirect combustion equipment must be equipped with a chimney leading to the outside.

Applicable scenarios:Construction projects include workshops, greenhouses, incubation facilities, underground heating, etc. It can also be used for heating small spaces such as homes, offices and warehouses.

Type:

  • Direct-fired heater: the combustion waste gas is directly discharged into the room, and the thermal efficiency can be as high as 100%. But it needs a good ventilation environment.

  • Indirect heater: the heat generated by combustion is transferred to the air through the heat exchanger, and the waste gas is discharged to the outside through the exhaust system. This method is safer, but the thermal efficiency is about 90%.

Steam Heater

Steam heaters are heating equipment that use steam as the heat medium, widely used in industrial, agricultural, and civil fields.

Structure and working principle:The steam heater is mainly composed of axial fan, steel radiator and louver. During operation, steam enters the radiator and transfers heat to the air through the heat exchanger. Then, the fan blows out the heated air to achieve heating.

Scope of application:Ordinary workshops, factories, flat room nurseries, breeding farms, drying rooms, large space buildings and other steam heating places.
