SVR Series line automatic voltage regulator is designed to automatically track line voltage changes and regulate output voltage for 6kV, 10kV, and 35kV distribution lines. Installed in series on the middle or rear section of the feeder, or on the outgoing side of a substation transformer, it helps maintain qualified user-side voltage, reduce line loss, and improve power supply quality in rural grids, urban networks, oil fields, mining, chemical plants, and substations.
The input voltage can be automatically adjusted within the specified regulation range to compensate for large voltage fluctuations or large voltage drops on the line. This makes the SVR series suitable for feeder voltage stabilization and for substations where the main transformer does not have voltage regulation capability.
The SVR series automatically adjusts the three-phase on-load tap switch position by tracking line voltage changes. This helps maintain stable output voltage with reliable action and high regulation accuracy.
The voltage reference, action delay, allowable range, and operation limit can be adjusted according to site requirements, making parameter setting flexible and convenient for different feeder conditions.
The controller displays the number of on-load tap-changer operations and the current gear position, with highest and lowest gear position indication for easier monitoring and maintenance.
The regulator is designed with upper and lower limit protection for gear position, action time limit function, over-voltage rapid drop function, and under-voltage protection. When the line enters an over-voltage or under-voltage condition, the controller automatically locks to help ensure safe operation of the on-load tap changer.
The controller adopts an industrial-grade control chip with high reliability and strong anti-interference performance, helping the product adapt to harsh outdoor environments.
The controller is equipped with an RS485 communication interface. Parameters can be viewed and modified within 30m from the installation point through a wireless communication module. Cloud remote control can also be added as an option.

The installation point voltage of the FSVR / SVR line automatic voltage regulator shall meet the national standard GB/T12325-2008 power supply voltage deviation standard. For 35kV and above, the absolute value of the positive and negative deviation shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage. For three-phase power supply of 20kV and below, the allowable deviation is ±7% of rated voltage. For 220V single-phase power supply, the allowable deviation is +7% and -10% of rated voltage.
