SNTOOM
All-copper motor – strong resistance reduction, stable operation, low noise, and longer life
Triple-fix design – reduces vibration, keeps fan running smoothly and quietly
Multi-speed adjustable – 1–5 gears via explosion-proof speed controller, strong and smooth airflow
Aluminium fan blades – lightweight, efficient, rust-resistant
Flameproof enclosure – cast lead alloy casing, Ex d IIB T4 certified, safe for hazardous areas
Two sizes available – 1200mm and 1400mm blade diameter for different space requirements
High airflow output – up to 270 m³/min, efficient cooling and air circulation
Choose a sturdy ceiling or beam that can support the fan's weight. Ensure the installation location is within the hazardous area classification allowed (Class II, Group B, T4).
Securely attach the suspension rod to the ceiling mount using proper bolts and anti-loosening nuts.
Connect the fan head to the suspension rod and junction box via threaded connections. Tighten all anti-loosening nuts.
Wire the fan to the explosion-proof speed controller (1–5 gear flameproof switch) and connect to a 220V power supply. Use recommended cable diameter Φ8 or Φ10.
Attach the aluminium fan blades to the fan head with bolts. Ensure all screws are tightened.
After installation, test each speed gear to confirm normal operation and check for unusual noise or wobbling.
Installation and maintenance must be performed with power disconnected to prevent electric shock.
Do not install at altitudes above 1000m or in ambient temperatures outside -20°C to +40°C.
Relative humidity of surrounding air should not exceed 85%.
Avoid use in environments containing gases or vapors that damage insulation.
The BFC series explosion-proof ceiling fan is a professional-grade device designed to provide safe and efficient air circulation in hazardous industrial environments. This fan combines durable construction with stable performance to ensure reliable operation in workplaces where flammable gases or vapors may be present.
One of the standout features of the BFC series is its all-copper motor. This component ensures strong resistance reduction, stable operation, fast running speed, low noise, and extended service life. The all-copper motor makes the fan suitable for long-hour use in demanding facilities where reliability is critical for worker comfort and safety.
The fan comes with a triple-fix design, which effectively reduces vibration and keeps the fan running smoothly. This feature enhances operational stability and lowers noise levels, making the BFC series a practical choice for workshops, warehouses, and other industrial spaces.
As an explosion-proof ceiling fan with Ex d IIB T4 certification, the BFC series integrates safely into environments containing combustible gas, vapor, or air mixtures. Its flameproof casing is made of cast lead alloy with tensile strength not less than 12 kg/mm, and magnesium content no more than 0.5%. The multi-speed adjustable control (1–5 gears) allows users to adjust airflow from strong to gentle, while the aluminium fan blades provide lightweight and efficient air movement.
