▎Requirements

Customers face the following needs and challenges in the construction of industrial power distribution systems:

• Fire safety: The power distribution room is located inside the factory building and requires equipment to be oil-free, flame-retardant, and self extinguishing to eliminate the risk of fire spread.

• Three phase casting winding: using epoxy resin vacuum casting technology, the red, green, and yellow color busbars are clearly marked with A/B/C three-phase, with excellent insulation performance and low partial discharge.

• Forced air cooling system: The bottom is equipped with an axial flow fan, and the temperature controller automatically starts and stops according to the winding temperature to ensure stable heat dissipation under full load and overload conditions.

• Closed installation: Suitable for metal shell/cabinet installation, with effective air ducts formed by top ventilation and bottom air intake, and a protection level that meets indoor operation requirements.

• Safety signs and protection: Install "Danger of Electricity" warning signs, prohibit forklift handling signs, and insulated protective covers to comply with on-site safety regulations.

• Production and manufacturing: Complete winding casting, core stacking, assembly, and electrical testing in the factory (Figure 2 shows the production/testing line for rows of transformers).

• Factory inspection: Complete factory tests such as insulation resistance, withstand voltage, transformation ratio, and no-load/load loss to ensure that the parameters meet the standards.

• Delivery and installation support: Transport the entire machine to the site, provide installation technical guidance such as foundation positioning, busbar connection, and air cooling system debugging.

• Debugging and commissioning: Cooperate with customers to complete power transmission debugging and temperature protection linkage testing, confirm normal operation, and deliver for use.
